SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS

If you wish your report to be included in the conference program, you should send the application and two copies of abstracts in English and in the working language of the conference, which will be places on the site of the conference. The recommended length for abstract is 1 page. Please use A4 paper. The abstract should include the title of the report, scientific field authors names and addresses as well as the report in brief.


SUBMISSION OF REPORTS

Representation of the report materials should be accompanied by the application form for participation and the summary in English and in language of the report. Volume of the summary - 1 full page of format À4. The summary should contain the name of the report, a thematic direction, names of authors with the full address (Phone, a file e-mail), a summary of the report.

The recommended length for proceedings manuscripts is 1-4 pages of typewritten text, in Win Word, Times New roman, size 10 pt. Abstract must be of 10-15 rows in English. The papers must be sent by E-mail and duplicated on paper bearer in two copies. The whole text with drawings and references should be placed on one side of a white paper of A4 format with 1 interval and 2,5 cm margins on each side. The title of the paper is typed without divisions in capital letters in the middle of the first line. The author's name should be typed one line lower (in the center) in small letters. In the middle of the next line names of country, city, organization sending the paper, mailing addresses, telephone and fax numbers and e-mail addresses of authors should be typed in small letters. Further, in one line, text of the papers is typed.

Papers that fail to satisfy the given requirements (in the amount, design, arrangement, list of accompanying materials) and sent later than the given terms won't be published, but will be placed for general survey on Web-server.
